Paradigm change in Educational Leadership: Distributed and Non- Affirmative Educational Leadership. We are going to learn about the distributed leadership (flatt organizational model) which focuses on how the school community can work together, using untapped expertise, to improve student outcomes. We will examine how the model's components can be practiced in an organization to discover how to implement the transformational and transactional model in practice. We will become acquainted with change resistance and how to build commitment to change through persuasive approaches. We will put our learning outcomes into practice and go to FINLAND for a six-day study trip.
