TOP-COMPETENCY PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS, Level 1

Are you prepared to reconsider how you instruct in the classroom? Do you wish to learn more about effective learning environment study findings? Then you should enroll in this professional development program! There are 7 Modules in this TOP-Competency Program. Professional teachers and researchers from Finland and Estonia will be present for your meeting and discussion. You will create a "Vision of Learning" that will direct your efforts to reinvent your teaching methods. The ERASMUS + Mobility Program, Job Shadowing Mobility, and Module 7 are both connectable and independently orderable.

The course follows professional development of Finnish and EU standards and uses of proven methods of training. This Professional Development Program is available in English, Dutch, French, German and Swedish.
