Do you want your students to be encouraged to do assignments and achieve improved learning outcomes? Have you tried coming up with an interdisciplinary and investigative topic? Do you wish to understand the concept? Then this workshop is perfect for you.
During this workshop, we will learn about the concept of an interdisciplinary investigative topic. We will learn how to implement investigative homework.
We will conduct exploratory hands-on activities while "visiting" the three islands: ISLAND OF THE LIGHT, CHEMISTRY IN THE KITCHEN ISLAND, and ISLAND OF THE MUSICAL SCIENCE. Topic-related activities have defined goals and learning outcomes, and they can be easily linked to any national curriculum. The topic-related activities are created by teachers from Finland, Belgium, Estonia, and Norway.
